We are a coworking space and AI Innovation Center in Landau in der Pfalz.

At our location we offer 3 floors of old building flair combined with modern IT infrastructure.

"Everything you need nearby", because our building is centrally located, right next to the Ostpark, just a 5-minute walk from Landau's main train station. 

We also have 12 private parking spaces in the lockable courtyard, so that coworkers and their guests can easily come to us by car.

ROOM

Our center for practical AI innovations

  • In addition to our range of workstations and office infrastructure, we also operate an innovation center for applied, practical artificial intelligence.

Create your comfort zone

Hot Office

  • Use of an individual office as required and available. Ideal for therapists and coaches.
  • Up to 4 guests can be received per day.
  • Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Or ad hoc, if space is available.
  • During our opening hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Use of the free parking spaces in the courtyard during office use included.
Price per day: EUR 90 plus VAT.
Price up to 4 hours (half day): EUR 50 plus VAT. Reservation possible subject to availability. 

Green Room

Available from September 2024:

  • Your studio for professional online meetings, webinars or social media video recordings.
  • Suitable for up to 2 simultaneous speakers
  • Equipped with professional audio and video technology from Jabra, studio lighting, a large green screen and soundproofing
  • Various presentation formats possible, e.g. frontal speaker, face-to-face dialog, seating group.
  • Only bookable with advance reservation.

Price per half day, morning or afternoon: EUR 75 plus VAT

Board Room

  • Meeting room for up to 8 people
  • 75" monitor in the room
  • Equipped for hybrid meetings with Zoom Rooms software and Jabra PanaCast 50 video system.
  • Large whiteboard, flipchart
  • Fridge with drinks available in the room
Half-day price: EUR 125 plus VAT.
Full-day price: EUR 250 plus VAT.
Only available at the Ostpark location
Prices for drinks: flat rate per person (optional)
Minimum term: none, reservation possible subject to availability.


Private Floor 

  • Complete, separate office floor with 3 offices, a meeting room and its own kitchen and sanitary facilities. Approx. 160 sqm
  • A total of 10 - 12 workstations possible.
  • Available with office furnishings or empty
  • Ideal for small companies, agencies or legal or management consultants, etc.
  • The floor is not located in Ostbahnstraße but in Lazarettstraße in Landau.
  • Barrier-free access via elevator
  • Own data network
  • Not suitable for companies with a need for larger storage areas. 
Price by arrangement, floor plan available on request.

Services included

The following services are included for all coworkers and their guests:
  • LAN (for own router) and W-LAN (via shared router)
  • Shared printer
  • Kitchen with microwave, fridge, sink, dining area
  • Free of charge: coffee, mineral water
  • Weekly cleaning
  • Use of the meeting room, as free and not pre-reserved (except Quick Desk).
  • Bathroom with full shower. Shower accessories must be brought along (except Quick Desk).
  • Free use of our digital workspaces on room4work.digital

Hot Desk

  • Use of a workstation according to need and availability.
  • Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Or ad hoc, if space is available.
  • During our opening hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Price per day in the open office: EUR 50 plus VAT.

5-ticket: EUR 200 plus VAT, valid for 3 months
Reservation possible subject to availability.

Quick Desk

Available from September 2024:

  • The quick pit stop on the way into town or to the station
  • Single seat in shared office, without reservation, subject to availability
  • Billing from one hour, 30-minute cycle
  • During our opening hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Price per hour: 10 EUR plus VAT

Single seat

  • Own workplace in an office with 2-5 people
  • Possible as a business address
  • With mail acceptance and forwarding
  • Lockable storage space
  • Access 24/7
Price per month: EUR 280 plus VAT.
Minimum term: 1 month
Optional fixed parking space: 40 EUR / month plus VAT.

  • Lockable office for 2-3 persons
